3. Sending and confirming your commercial invoice and
packing list to Flexclearing.
4. Flexclearing contact shpr for picking up
5. Goods be picked up to Flexclearing warehouse.
6. Flexclearing sending weight and volume info(courier)/draft
B/L(air) with debit note to customer for
confirmation.
7. Getting payments to Flexclearing account.
8. Customs declaration in China.
9. Handing over to airport/courier warehouse.
10. Flexclearing follow up till delivery.
11. Closing this file.

CAN YOU SEND GOODS WITH
BATTERY AND WHAT DOCS NEED?
Below two types of battery goods is accept by PXD:
Cells
or batteries contained in equipment or we say Cells or batteries installed in
equipment(PI 967,PI 970)
Cells
or batteries packed with equipment or we say cells or batteries contained in a
package with associated electronic equipment--with the batteries not installed
in the equipment(PI966,PI969)
But
PI 965 PI 968 need to check case by case:
Cells
or batteries only, or we say cells or batteries in a package, without
electronic equipment.
All
above battery goods need MSDS,UN38.3 for checking before sending. If don’t have
docs, need check with us case by case.
HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM IF MY
GOODS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE COURIER?
First, highly recommend you buy insurance if your send
high value goods. Second, please claim in correct procedure as below:
Ø Applying the confirmation proof for the
lost/damaged goods from airline/courier company when you received the goods the
first time.
Ø Remarking on the POD/receipt form on site,
how many ctns/goods is lost/damaged and scan and send to us.
Ø Taking relative picture with AWB number.
INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY US ALL OF MY LOST IF I BUY INSURANCE FOR MY GOODS?
Even if you buy insurance, the insurance company will only cover the loss other than the deductible (normally usd400 or 5% of total value,take the bigger one)
ARE TRANSIT TIMES
GUARANTEED?
If the goods are located in the same city as the departure airport(Shenzhen/Guangzhou/ShanghaI/Beijing/Hongkong), picking up need 0.5-1day.if goods in other Chinese city, picking up normally need 1-3days.
Customs clearing need 0.5-1days.
Transport from Shenzhen to Hongkong need 1 day.
Destination agent clearing and delivery need 2-3 work
days, sometimes 4days depends on the situation.
Normally, 4-6days to door after departure for courier
service like DHL,UPS,Fedex.
Normally, 2-5days to airport after departure for air freight service.
We do our best to offer reliable transit times, but
occasional delays through customs and other factors out of our control can
happen. It’s always a good idea to plan enough time for your shipment to reach
its destination.
HOW IS COST DETERMINED?
We base the cost of your shipment on two main
guidelines: the destination and the size and weight. Size and weight are
determined by ‘actual’ weight and the ‘dimensional’ size.
DOES THE FINAL CHARGE INCLUDE
TAXES?
Duties and taxes charged by the importing country are
not included in the final charge under courier service.
Duties and taxes charged can be included under DDP
incoterms, need inquiry case by case with full details info(hccode,goods value
is necessary).
WHAT ARE SURCHARGES?
Surcharges are any additional shipping charges or fees
that are applied. You are responsible for any surcharges that incur, which vary
from carrier to carrier. Factors include items that are heavy in weight,
particularly large items, or if special handling is required. Surcharges may
also apply to shipments with destinations in remote areas. In addition, fees
may incur for any delayed or postponed goods upon carrier arrival.
