Abstract:First, highly recommend you buy insurance if your send high value goods. Second, please claim in correct procedure as below:
1.Applying the confirmation proof for the lost/damaged goods from airline/courier company when you received the goods the first time.
2.Remarking on the POD/receipt form on site, how many ctns/goods is lost/damaged and scan and send to us.
3.Taking relative picture with AWB number.
INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY US ALL OF MY LOST IF I BUY INSURANCE FOR MY GOODS?
Even if you buy insurance, the insurance company will only cover the loss other than the deductible.
