Import Entry Filing
Prepare and submit customs entry information to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

U.S. Customs Brokerage + Inland Logistics
From pre-arrival document review and U.S. customs clearance to pickup, optional warehousing, and final delivery, Flexclearing coordinates the key steps of your import.
01 — CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Flexclearing provides U.S. customs brokerage services for air and ocean imports, from document review to entry filing and release follow-up.

Prepare and submit customs entry information to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Importer Security Filing support for applicable ocean imports.
Assistance with Single Entry Bond and Continuous Bond when applicable.
Support with commodity classification and HTS review.
Review applicable documentation, duties, fees and import requirements.
Support for FDA, AD/CVD, customs exams and other special procedures when applicable.
02 — PICKUP & DRAYAGE
After customs release, Flexclearing can coordinate cargo pickup from U.S. ports, airports, terminals, and CFS facilities.

Drayage applies to ocean container moves. Airport pickup is local trucking from the airline terminal or CFS, not container drayage.
03 — WAREHOUSING
Some shipments can move directly from pickup to final delivery. When direct delivery is not practical, Flexclearing can coordinate warehousing before the next transportation leg.
Not every shipment needs warehousing.
Our warehouse network includes air cargo facilities at LAX, JFK and ORD, plus ocean freight warehouse resources in Los Angeles, New York, Houston and Miami. Availability depends on the shipment.

04 — LTL / FTL
After pickup, and warehousing when it is required, Flexclearing can coordinate inland transportation in the United States.
Less Than Truckload
LTL transportation provides a flexible option for smaller freight shipments that do not require a dedicated truck.
Full Truckload
FTL transportation is available for larger shipments or cargo that requires a dedicated truck.
05 — FINAL DELIVERY
After customs clearance, pickup, and any required warehouse transfer, Flexclearing can coordinate transportation to the shipment's final U.S. destination.
Customs clearance gets the cargo released. We help move it the rest of the way.
